Adecco’s client, a large international IT company, is looking for an experienced crystal grower and nanofabrication specialist for their physics and nanofabrication laboratory in Copenhagen area.

Our client collaborates with many leading universities in its research and highly technical area. Our client’s research lab has a very high priority with our client and this is a unique opportunity to work with some of the leading professionals in the area.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Crystal growth by MBE.
  • Define and execute routine substrate fabrication (Nano-patterning) to support MBE growth activities.
  • Monitor, control, and qualify of the developed processes.
  • Develop high-yield, reproducible Nano-patterning recipes for substrate preparation and advance substrate engineering processes.
  • Design and fabricate Nano-electronic devices for quantum transport
  • Use critical thinking to solve complex problems.
  • Work in teams or independently as required.

Who are you?
For this role we are looking for a highly motivated crystal growth and fabrication engineer with at least two years of MBE growth experience. You have a Master’s degree or PhD degree in Physics/Material science. Moreover you have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with E-beam lithography, clean room processing with an emphasis on thin films deposition and dry/wet chemical etching.

It will be seen as a plus if you have hands-on experience with various deposition techniques such as PECVD, ALD, evaporation, as well as some metrology tools such as optical microscopy, AFM, SEM, profilometry, ellipsometry, etc.

This position requires you being fluent in English, both oral and written.

You will be employed by Adecco, but working full-time at our customer’s location.
