Enterprise Channel Account Manager – Huawei Denmark

Adecco is on behalf of our client, Huawei, looking for a Channel Account Manager (CAM) with entrepreneurial skills for their growing Enterprise department. The ideal candidate has profound experience within the Danish ICT market, IT infrastructure and a strong Danish network within this industry.

The CAM will build and develop the company’s position through their partner community. Having the responsibility and accountability for managing reseller partnerships within the guidelines of Huawei’s channel programs, attract and lead new business development with assigned channel partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Attract, develop and maintain relationship with Huawei partners & customers in Denmark
  • Present and implement Huawei’s strategy and solutions to existing partners and potential new customers
  • Lead the way for the solution team to maintain and enhance relationship with existing partners within the territory of all channel requirements
  • Initiate, plan and manage marketing activities and proof of concept execution
  • Drive sales engagement with go-to partners and achieve sales target
  • Facilitate technical workshops to educate and train partners in company’s products and technologies.
  • Attend marketing meetings and relevant events in the field when appropriate



  • 5+ years of Enterprise experience B2B sales / channel development toward large enterprise in indirect sales
  • Evidence of long-term relationships with ICT partners in Denmark
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Have a good working knowledge of one or more of the following products/solutions: Enterprise networking, IT Infrastructures, UC&C Solutions, Security and Enterprise wireless.
  • Demonstrated success in major account development, strong relationship selling skills within the channels community and ability to work at multiple levels in the organizations
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English: written and spoken
