For Adecco’s client, a large international IT company, we are looking for a talented E-commerce Specialist to join the Nordics team in charge of growing the Online Stores business of the company.

This key role for the team will be supporting the execution of the local marketing plans partnering with multiple teams across Europe, including Product Category Teams, Site Merchandising and Customer Support Organization. The team goal is to grow revenue and build a sustainable business while delighting customers when they visit and purchase from our client’s Online Store.

To be successful and enjoy the role, the ideal candidate will need to be strong in managing and executing digital campaigns, and in optimizing the customer journey to increase traffic and conversion to our site.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders, communicating and setting expectations for deliverables
  • Submit weekly reports to enable team to deliver, whilst showing great attention to detail
  • Site content, e.g. optimizing customer journey, coordinating A/B testing and content updates
  • Coordinate end to end execution of marketing activities in accordance with centralized Store Category Management, Demand Generation, CRM and Social Marketing Teams
  • Work in collaboration with Paid Demand Generation stakeholders to grow Store traffic and increase conversions
  • Track pricing and promotion benchmark on a selection of e-tailers
  • Analytics and reporting, e.g. provide performance reports, store performance tracking using Adobe Analytics etc.

Who are you?

It’s important that you like going into the details and will strive in coordinating multiple stakeholders to drive clarity and flawless execution of the marketing plan to drive success for the broader team. You will be navigating in multi-cultural teams and will need the ability to effectively communicate with varied audiences and share from own learnings.

The right candidate has a strong profile within e-commerce as this role requires a self-starter who can manage the responsibility of supporting the business across four markets. Ideally you have a master’s degree and following graduation at least 3 years of experience from a similar position within e-commerce is required. You are detail oriented and a strong, calm multi-tasker under pressure. You are fluent in Danish and English and able to translate between the two languages grammatically correct.

You will be employed by Adecco, but working full-time at our client’s location. This is a 18 months position, but with the possibility of extension.
