Student Marketing Assistant at Biogen in Glostrup

We are currently looking for a marketing master student to join the multi-channel excellence (MCE) team 10-15 hours per week. The position is based in Glostrup Denmark, but you will be part of an international team that operates throughout Europe. The team prioritize an open and constructive atmosphere, and value the ability to have fun while still getting the job done.

The MCE team’s priority task is to facilitate the adoption of modern marketing tactics and the integration of digital channels into the marketing mix.

“We should not be talking about digital marketing, but rather marketing in a digital world”, that is the philosophy of the team, and that is the change that the team needs to facilitate. Biogen is going through a digital transformation, and you will be an integral part of that journey by helping consolidate and communicate the value that digital channels provides to customers and key stakeholders in the organisation. The aim is to empower the marketers to utilize the modern channels themselves and thereby making the team obsolete.

Example of your tasks:

  • Collect and consolidate digital engagement metrics and translate those in a narrative that conveys the value of the digital interactions.
  • Develop and update presentations on various topics.
  • Assist in designing branded and unbranded campaigns with 3rd party medias.
  • Assist the MCE team in shaping and managing new innovative projects, and after implementation, consolidate learnings and outcomes to be communicated to key internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in driving the adoption of various digital channels internally in the organisation.

The ideal candidate has the following profile:

  • Studying within a relevant field. Preferably you have finished your bachelor studies and have 1,5-2 years until graduation.
  • Experienced user of the office suite.
  • Strong interest in digital trends.
  • Capable of working independently, take initiative, act pro-actively and be accountable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills is a requirement as we have a broad contact with the whole organisation.
