Are you passionate about providing professional IT-support and service to customers and employees? And do you like to solve technical challenges as well as implementing and supporting various IT solutions? Then it is you we are looking for!

Secomea's support team is growing, and we are now looking for an creative and motivated IT-supporter to further enhance the team and processes. 


Your responsibilities

Your primary role in the support team is to answer and analyse Secomea’s customers and internal employees’ incoming incident and service requests from the ticket system. In addition to this, you will be;

  • Keeping the SLA within time on phone and email incident / service request that has been set in Secomea support and with your team be available within the opening hours (08:30 – 16:30 and Fri: 08:30 – 16:00).
  • Delivering a professional described action plan for the customers either over the phone or email in relation to the incident / service request.
  • Handing over escalated tickets that need to be analysed or solved by 3rd level support or the R&D department in cooperation with rest of the support team. 

In cooperation with your colleagues in the team, you will be a key player in building up our knowledgebase system (document360), create new articles and review older articles in English. You will be participating in daily support team meetings and other internal meetings.


You have

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office 365, Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Windows 7/10, Linux understanding is considered a plus.
  • Basic understanding with general network, OSI model, TCP/UDP Protocols, IP and MAC addressing.
  • Strong English and Danish skills in both written and verbal - German is considered a plus.



Your profile

You have experience or fundamental understanding for network protocols and you can install and maintain users within a Microsoft environment, O365, Windows 10, server 2016. You have good interpersonal skills and can communicate and support customers in a professional manner – also in stressful periods. You are extrovert with a natural capacity to work proactively and is eager to pick up on new ideas and tasks.
