We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Teamleader for our warehouse and dispensing, who can develop and implement new processes and coordinate and prioritize day-to-day operations. It is expected that a part of the job is hands-on operations with some heavy lifting of 20 KG or more, and that 1 weekend a Month is a working weekend.

About the Department

You will join the Warehouse team under the Supply Chain Management department consisting of 20 dedicated colleagues with main responsibility for the areas procurement, planning, warehousing and shipping. We support all AGC production and collaborate closely with key stakeholders and external suppliers through the entire supply chain. We are working in an international and customer oriented way to secure fast and reliable support to our customers. 


The Job

You will be a part of a strong and self-depended team, which is supporting manufacturing 7 days a week and are working different shifts. You will be managing shift/vacation planning, set directions for the team, 1:1, and will participate in streamlining material handling and optimize activities in order to enhance compliance and minimize lead-time.

The position calls for someone who is well organized and comfortable working individually and as part of a team. You are comfortable with extended standing and some heavy lifting of 20 KG or more will be expected.

  • Secure and coordinate timely deliveries for day to day Weighing and Dispense activities
  • Plan and coordinate team activities i.e. empty quarantine area, remove expired materials etc.
  • Support audit readiness, logbook review, monthly cleaning etc.
  • Participate in relevant plan and coordination board meetings, KPI meeting etc.
  • Development and implementation of new processes for improved handling of materials
  • Management and development of employees including individual performance management
  • Supervision of material handling and material routing through the departments
  • Accountable for GMP compliance and inspection readiness



Your Profile

As manager you:

  • Support and hold your employees accountable for delivering results and ensure alignment in achievements across teams

  • Ensure cross-organizational collaboration and allocate the necessary resources to enable improvements and co-creation of value with our customers
  • You keep the bigger picture in mind at all times, yet you understand the importance of minding the details – from the minor to the larger ones
  • Optimize your organization to be prepared for the future by implementing/adjusting manning plans to support MFG production needs.


  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with respect to operations and personnel management
  • Education: Lab technician, Engineer, Logistic coordinator or other relevant background.
  • + 3-year experience from a similar position with warehouse management
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough knowledge with regulatory audits
  • Lean experience and understanding is an advantage
  • Advanced oral and written communications skills; ability to communicate with management, peers and subordinates effectively
  • Fluency in Danish and English
  • Truck Certificate
