Secomea A/S’ Commercial Team are looking for an Inside Technical Sales Specialist, that independently with impact and commitment, is capable of turning ideas and visions into processes, actions and results. You will support the organisation in finding targeted and data-driven innovative solutions by optimizing and providing analysed data among other in our CRM system.
 
As an Inside Technical Sales Specialist within Secomea A/S, you will act as point of contact for all process service needs from support, sales team and business management. Goal and main responsibility in your role is to identify sales opportunities and manage the entire cycle from opportunity to business growth within our CRM and BI tools, delivering reports and analyzes to help drive growth and focused outcome.

 

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for improving our CRM and BI tools, including ongoing maintenance and supervision of pipeline deliverables from the sales teams, management reporting as well as proactive improvement towards our Business Intelligence and Forecast processes.
 
Your primary function is to improve and further develop our CRM capabilities and reporting, using Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as internally supporting Business Intelligence tools.
 
An essential part in this position is to proactively explore and deliver relevant forecast and BI reports, to support our business outlook and sales pipeline management. You play a vital role in the further development of collaboration tools, to harness and improve the business development across the organization between Sales, Account Management, Presales and Solutions Design teams.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. You are able to build, develop, customize and enhance dashboards, Account, Opportunities and all other 365 functionalities to the fullest extent.
  • Full command of Word, Excel and PowerPoint tools.
  • A demonstrated track record of interacting with sales teams, internal stakeholders, senior management, taking ownership and responsibility for driving and implementing processes.
  • Work experience within international organizations, preferably also experience with CRM sales processes in both direct sales and distributor driven sales.

Fully comfortable speaking and writing fluently both in English and Danish – German would be considered a plus.
